By placing an order on this website, you agree to the following terms:

Orders & Dispatch

  • Orders are processed within 2–5 working days.
  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier services.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances.

Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in INR.
  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated at checkout.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors or suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

Product Nature

  • Our products are perishable food items (chocolate).
  • Minor softening due to warm weather does not affect quality.
  • Slight variations in appearance may occur as products are handcrafted.

Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
  • Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.

Jurisdiction

All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.

Returns & Refunds

  • All refund and replacement requests are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy.
  • Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

At Contour, we craft small-batch dark chocolates. As our products are perishable food items, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.

However, we will gladly resolve issues in the following cases:

  • The product received is damaged
  • The wrong item was delivered
  • The order is incomplete or missing items

Reporting an Issue

If you experience any of the above, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

Requests made after 48 hours may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Melted Products

Chocolate is temperature-sensitive. While we take care in packaging, slight softening during transit in hot weather may occur and does not affect quality.

Replacement will be considered only if the product is fully melted, leaking, or structurally compromised.

Refunds

Once your request is reviewed and approved:

  • A replacement will be shipped, or
  • A refund will be processed to your original payment method

Refunds typically reflect within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
